Project Manager (Ticketing and marketing solution) $$$ Offline

DevBrother Top Employer Responds Quickly

About the Project: We are building a sophisticated, proprietary Ticketing & Event Management Ecosystem for the US market. Important Distinction: This is NOT a wrapper around CMS or a set of standard plugins. We are building a massive, custom-engineered platform from scratch. We build our own logic to handle heavy complexity. If you get excited by complicated solutions, this is your playground.

The Product Ecosystem: You will be managing a multi-layered system, not just a website.

  • Complex Digital Ticketing: It’s not just "buy and sell." It involves deep Event Management logic, Reserved Seating schemes, and complex Camping Bookings.
  • On-Site Operations (Hardware & Gate): We handle the physical reality of festivals. This includes a Gate Scanning system, on-site sales, and integration with ticket printers (yes, we support physical hardware).
  • Mobile Ecosystem: A standalone, feature-rich mobile application. This is a massive part of our business strategy with its own roadmap and aggressive growth plans.

⚠️ READ THIS BEFORE APPLYING: We are looking for a Partner, not just an employee. In a true American startup environment, rapid growth and work-life balance are often mutually exclusive. We are upfront about this:

  • This is not a 9-to-5 job. If you treat work as something that strictly ends at 6:00 PM, or if you ignore Slack on weekends when the product needs you, do not apply.
  • Ownership is everything. We don’t need someone to just "relay messages" between the client and devs. We need a person who understands that the startup’s success or failure depends on them.
  • We are in the trenches together. The founders and the team work late, solve emergencies on weekends, and obsess over the product. We expect the same level of dedication from you.

If this scares you, that’s okay — it means we're not a good fit. But if you are a "hustler" who wants to build something massive, have a real impact on the business, and get rewarded for it — we want you.

Your Role: You will not be an "outsider" managing a client. You are joining the core team. You will work directly with the Head of Product and the development team. You will be the one pushing the product forward, testing it with your own hands, and ensuring we deliver excellence to the US market.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in software project management (experience with custom-built platforms or complex logic is a huge plus).
  • Aggressive Ownership Mindset: You don't wait for instructions. If there is a problem, you fix it or find someone who can — immediately. You care about the product as if it were your own business.
  • US Startup Availability: You are ready for late evening work (US hours) and staying connected during weekends to ensure stability.
  • Hands-on Approach: You are ready to do different tasks. "That's not my job" is a phrase we don't use here.
  • Resilience: You thrive in chaos and high pressure. You can manage your own workload without oversight.
  • Communication: Upper-Intermediate English is non-negotiable. You communicate fast, clearly, and keep the team aligned even during off-hours if necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the project lifecycle: you are responsible for the outcome, not just the process.
  • Act as a bridge between business goals and technical execution.
  • QA & Delivery: Personally validate features before they go live. If the team is swamped, you jump in to help with testing.
  • Proactively identify risks and resolve blockers before they become problems.
  • Maintain constant communication with the team and stakeholders (updates, strategy, adjustments).

We Offer:

  • High Reward for High Performance: Competitive salary + Advanced Bonus System (We reward those who build the business with us).
  • The real "US Startup Experience" — intense, fast, and incredibly educational.
  • A professional team that has your back. We work hard, but we support each other 100%.
  • Medical Insurance in Ukraine and Multisport program in Poland.
  • Offices in Ukraine (Kyiv, Kharkiv) and Poland (Wroclaw) or Remote.
  • All necessary equipment and workstation space.
  • Legal & Accounting services.
  • English classes and Education reimbursement.
  • Incredible corporate parties and other activities (when we aren't saving the world).
