Business Analyst
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will support the Project Manager by handling core analytical tasks: gathering requirements, translating business needs into clear specifications, validating tasks, and supporting integrations. You’ll prepare performance reports, analyze product results, and provide data-driven recommendations.
You will streamline processes by documenting workflows, optimizing the task pipeline, and consolidating information. Acting as a bridge between business and development, you’ll ensure clear requirements, transparent statuses, and smooth communication. The role also includes light product-management support across several products.
What You Will Do:
1) Data Analytics
- Collect, analyze, and interpret product data;
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on profitability, feature performance, and launches;
- Use Google Sheets and BI tools; help build and optimize dashboards.
- Gather and clarify requirements, identify hidden needs;
- Prioritize incoming requests, assess feasibility and risks;
- Prepare clear documentation: user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, specs.
- Communicate requirements and support developers with clarifications;
- Keep documentation up to date and monitor task progress;
- Support integrations from the analytical side.
- Analyze current workflows and identify bottlenecks;
- Implement improved processes for a growing team;
- Bring structure to task flows and information.
Must-Have:
- 2–4 years as BA or SA;
- Understanding of web apps, APIs, integrations;
- Strong requirements-writing skills;
- English language (Intermediate level);
- Strong analytical mindset, independence, proactivity;
- Ability to handle high workload and switch contexts;
- Comfortable working with IT, PM, sales, operations;
- Comfortable with ambiguity; eager to grow.
- iGaming experience (big plus);
- BI experience or willingness to learn;
- Basic SQL;
- Understanding of product analytics.
