About Us:
We are a fast-growing IT consulting company looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in building scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain CRM systems and other business-critical applications.
• Build interactive UI components using React or other modern front-end frameworks.
• Optimize API requests, data caching, and overall front-end performance.
• Develop and enhance server-side functionality using ASP.NET / C#, NestJS, or AdonisJS.
• Lead development of new features to improve UX and reduce server load.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project delivery.
• Continuously optimize performance, automate processes, and align features with business goals.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong knowledge of React, hooks, and state management.
• Strong backend development skills with ASP.NET / C# (or similar frameworks).
• Experience with APIs, caching, and performance optimization.
• Fluent in English (C1 level or above).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, or enterprise applications is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
