Junior IT Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through all stages.
- Active sourcing of IT specialists via LinkedIn, tech communities, referrals, job boards.
- Understanding technical requirements and forming accurate candidate profiles.
- Coordinating interviews with technical teams and internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining an up-to-date candidate pipeline and ensuring consistent communication.
Providing a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- 1โ2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter.
- Solid understanding of technical stacks (Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, Data, Cloud, etc.).
- Experience working with international or English-speaking candidates/teams.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Ability to research the market efficiently and work with a high volume of roles and candidates.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly present roles to candidates.
Nice to have:
- Experience with team-augmentation / outstaff recruitment.
- Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing skills.
- Experience filling complex or niche technical roles.
