Junior IT Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through all stages.
  • Active sourcing of IT specialists via LinkedIn, tech communities, referrals, job boards.
  • Understanding technical requirements and forming accurate candidate profiles.
  • Coordinating interviews with technical teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date candidate pipeline and ensuring consistent communication.
  • Providing a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

     

Requirements:

  • 1โ€“2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter.
  • Solid understanding of technical stacks (Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, Data, Cloud, etc.).
  • Experience working with international or English-speaking candidates/teams.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Ability to research the market efficiently and work with a high volume of roles and candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly present roles to candidates.

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with team-augmentation / outstaff recruitment.
  • Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing skills.
  • Experience filling complex or niche technical roles.
