Recruitment Team Lead (IGaming)

We are a global product company operating in the iGaming sector, with a strong presence across the world. We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Lead of Recruitment to lead our hiring function, strengthen recruitment processes, and support the growth of a high-performing talent acquisition team.

 

 Key skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry as a Team Lead or Senior Recruiter;
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding);
  • Proven experience in headhunting and active search techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking);
  • Experience building and maintaining a talent pipeline for multiple roles and markets;
  • Ability to conduct and implement market salary analysis for various roles;
  • Skills in auditing and optimizing recruitment processes and procedures;
  • Experience in creating and updating recruitment documentation (checklists, policies, instructions);
  • Team leadership and people management: mentoring, motivating, and evaluating recruiters;
  • Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs and ability to ensure consistent performance delivery;
  • Strategic thinking and process improvement mindset;
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle hiring process (search, selection, and headhunting of suitable candidates in accordance with the Job Description and Recruitment process);
  • Build and maintain a competitive pipeline of highly qualified professionals for current and future staffing needs using active recruitment methods;
  • Develop and implement a market salary analysis process for open vacancies and roles within the company;
  • Audit current recruitment processes and propose improvements for better efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Update existing and create new checklists, instructions, policies, and procedures for the recruitment team;
  • Mentor, develop, and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring their growth and performance;
  • Ensure regular KPI achievement for the recruitment team, including maintaining high standards and meeting recruitment goals;
  • Audit talent acquisition channels and suggest improvements to enhance the process of attracting top talent to the company.
