Unity Mobile Game Developer (Arcade / Physics-Based Gameplay)
We are seeking an experienced Unity Developer to develop a mobile arcade game featuring fast, physics-based gameplay, competitive head-to-head modes, and integrated social features. The project is already fully planned with a clear production pathway, established art/UI direction, and defined milestones.
What We Need From You (High-Level)
- Strong Unity development experience (ideal: mobile, 2D, hyper-casual, arcade, or competitive titles)
- Ability to implement lightweight multiplayer systems (real-time or asynchronous)
- Experience integrating common mobile SDKs (ads, analytics, IAP, attribution, etc.)
- Familiarity with backend ecosystems such as Firebase, PlayFab, or similar services
- Clean, modular, and well-documented coding practices
- Ability to work smoothly with an existing art, animation, and UI pipeline
- Reliability with meeting milestones and delivering polished, testable builds
The Build Includes
- A simple but addictive core gameplay loop
- Two additional game modes expanding on the core mechanics
- A competitive ladder / ranking system
- Custom UI & HUD implementation
- A small set of power-ups
- A cosmetic unlock and progression system
- Lightweight social and sharing features
- Routine mobile meta systems (daily events, rewards, prompts, notifications)
Preferred Experience
- Previously shipped mobile titles
- Experience with leaderboards, PvP modes, or competitive matchmaking
- Strong understanding of physics-based gameplay and dynamic interactions
- Experience building polished, production-ready mobile UI
- Strong background integrating standard monetisation SDKs
