ClickUp Automation and API Integration Expert (Trucking Project, CDT Overlap) Offline

About Us

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based trucking company that recently adopted ClickUp and now need a professional who can organize our entire business inside ClickUp, automate workflows, and connect APIs from other SaaS tools.

Our goal is to run dispatch, safety, accounting, recruiting, and maintenance entirely inside ClickUp — replacing manual spreadsheets and Google Docs.

Your Role

You’ll:

• Design a ClickUp workspace structure (folders, lists, automations, dashboards, permissions).
• Migrate all spreadsheets and Google Docs into ClickUp with clear task logic.
• Build automations and integrations via API, Zapier, or Make (we currently input data manually from several websites).
• Create dashboards and reports for management visibility.
• Document processes and train our team for smooth adoption.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of ClickUp (Business Plus or Enterprise).
• Strong experience with API integration and automation tools (Zapier, Make, Pabbly, etc.).
• Ability to structure business workflows clearly.
• Minimum 4 hours/day overlap with CDT (Central U.S. Time).
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Bonus Points

• Experience in trucking or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of Fleetio, Samsara, DataTruck, RingCentral, or similar tools.
• Ability to create SOPs or short training videos.

Project Duration

6–12 weeks.
