Junior Software Engineer – Java / Kotlin to $700 Offline

We're hiring a junior software engineer with strong fundamentals in Java or Kotlin. You should be comfortable diving into unfamiliar territory — whether that means picking up Python for a data pipeline or TypeScript for a frontend component. We care less about your current stack and more about your ability to learn quickly and solve problems thoughtfully.

This isn't a typical junior role. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and eventually take on an executive role. We need someone genuinely curious about how systems work, why we make certain architectural choices, and how to build software that lasts.

You'll be working on

• Real-time data processing and event-driven architectures
• Integration with trading platforms, IoT devices, and logistics systems
• Building reliable, performant backend services

What we expect

• Solid grounding in Java or Kotlin
• Understanding of core programming principles: OOP, SOLID, DRY, and common design patterns
• Willingness to learn Python, TypeScript, or whatever the problem demands
• Clear communication and the ability to work independently
• A genuine interest in the business side of technology — not just writing code
• Interest in financial markets or trading is a plus — you'll be working closely with trading systems and market data
