Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a practical, hands-on Marketing Specialist who enjoys working directly with outreach and lead generation and feels comfortable in a fast-paced, flexible environment.

This role is focused on execution, testing, and close collaboration with Sales, rather than high-level brand or campaign management. 

For a perfect match, we expect  🎯

• 1+ year of experience in marketing, lead generation, or outreach
• Hands-on experience with Email marketing and basic automation tools
• Confident use of LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, filters, outreach workflows)
• Ability to independently launch and manage LinkedIn & Email campaigns
• Experience working closely with Sales teams (lead validation, outreach support, campaign coordination)
• Strong hypothesis-driven approach: testing ideas, analyzing results, iterating
• English level: Intermediate

Nice to have 💎

• Experience building or optimizing marketing processes
• Experience with additional outreach channels or segmentation tools
• Analytical thinking and willingness to experiment

• Basic familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce (not required, but a plus)

   

Duties & Responsibilities 💼

• Launching and managing LinkedIn and Email outreach campaigns
• Testing new approaches, niches, and messaging strategies
• Supporting Sales with outreach tasks and lead qualification
• Identifying and validating relevant leads
• Running small experiments and optimizing campaign performance
• Suggesting improvements to workflows and outreach processes
