VIP Manager (iGaming)
We are looking for an experienced VIP Manager to work with premium players in an online casino.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow the VIP client portfolio.
• Provide personal support and high-level service to VIP players.
• Analyze user behavior and prepare personalized offers.
• Coordinate with payments, risk, and CRM teams.
• Participate in creating VIP campaigns, bonus programs, and special promotions.
Requirements:
• Experience in the iGaming industry (VIP, Support, CRM, Retention).
• English C1, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of player behavior analytics and segmentation.
• Strong communication skills, customer focus, ability to work under pressure.
Work schedule:
• 5/2
• Shift 1: 08:00–16:00
• Shift 2: 16:00–00:00
• Shift 3: 00:00–08:00
