Technical Project Manager (Cyprus / Relocation)

We are looking for a Project Manager with a technical background to join our team working on a US-based healthcare SaaS project. In this role, you will contribute to managing the full project lifecycle โ€” from planning and requirements gathering to coordinating development and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. You will collaborate closely with the client, Product Owner, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business needs into actionable technical tasks, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations.

 

Please note that this position requires Cyprus-based candidates or readiness to relocate to Cyprus after the probation period. We provide full support throughout the relocation process, along with a relocation bonus ๐ŸŽ

 

Does this relate to you?

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in a technical role (e.g., Developer or QA) is required.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Upper-intermediate or Advanced level of English.

 

A new team member will be in charge of:

  • Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring delivery within scope, on time, and within budget.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and technical feasibility.
  • Define project scope, develop project plans, and identify resource needs in alignment with project goals.
  • Oversee risk management by identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and overall team performance.
  • Ensure alignment between client requirements, technical resources, and project objectives.
