Technical Project Manager $$$$

We are looking for a Project Manager with a technical background to join our team working on a US-based healthcare SaaS project. In this role, you will contribute to managing the full project lifecycle — from planning and requirements gathering to coordinating development and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. You will collaborate closely with the client, Product Owner, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business needs into actionable technical tasks, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations.

Please note that this position requires willingness to relocate to Cyprus after the probation period. We provide full support throughout the relocation process, along with a relocation bonus 🎁

Does this relate to you?

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in a technical role (e.g., Developer or QA) is required.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Upper-intermediate or Advanced level of English.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring delivery within scope, on time, and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and technical feasibility.
• Define project scope, develop project plans, and identify resource needs in alignment with project goals.
• Oversee risk management by identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and overall team performance.
• Ensure alignment between client requirements, technical resources, and project objectives.
