Your Mission

Lead SolveX into its next growth phase by strengthening the sales strategy, building a scalable team, and ensuring sustainable revenue and processing volume growth across Asia, CIS, and LATAM.

This is a high-impact role with full ownership of regional commercial performance — from strategy and planning to team leadership and key-deal execution.

 

What You Will Do

Strategy & Leadership

  • Design and execute regional sales and market expansion strategy for Asia / CIS / LATAM
  • Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing sales team (Sales Managers, BDMs, SDRs)
  • Establish sales processes, KPIs, pipeline management, and team performance standards

Commercial Growth

  • Personally lead and close top-tier merchant deals
  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach → pitch → negotiation → onboarding → scaling
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline across assigned regions
  • Ensure predictable revenue, volume targets, and quarterly performance

Analytics & Operational Excellence

  • Analyze sales metrics, merchant performance, volume fluctuations, and risks
  • Identify growth opportunities and launch strategic initiatives
  • Oversee onboarding quality and ensure smooth cross-department execution

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Tech, Compliance, Finance, and Legal teams
  • Support the rollout of new products and local payment methods
  • Represent SolveX at international fintech conferences and business events

     

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience & Background

  • 5–7+ years in Sales or BizDev in Payments, PSPs, Acquirers, Aggregators, or iGaming/high-risk
  • Proven experience managing sales teams or leading commercial functions
  • Existing warm/hot merchant contact base
  • Strong understanding of high-risk verticals and payment flows
  • Experience working with Asia, CIS, or LATAM markets is a major advantage

Hard Skills

  • Strong expertise in high-risk, gambling/betting/igaming, PSP operations
  • Ability to build, scale, and optimize sales processes
  • Strong analytical approach: volumes, conversions, forecasting, PnL
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Ability to manage large, complex enterprise deals
