Content Marketing Manager (B2B, Inbound)

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager passionate about technology and digital transformation. The role focuses on B2B content creation, inbound marketing, and demand generation.


Key Requirements:
2+ years of experience in B2B Content / Inbound Marketing (Tech / IT / Digital).

  • Experience in working with a mixed teams of writers, designers, analysts and developers
  • Very good B2B creative skills, sense of visual style, ability to convey the complex thing in a simple way. Understanding visual/creative judgment and CTA in B2B will be a plus.
  • Key/strong experience in B2B content marketing, understanding the role of Content/Collateral in Sales Enablement and complex B2B funnels with long sales cycles. Good knowledge of Tech/IT market. Knowledge of Webinar operations will be a plus.
  • Good knowledge of inbound channels like SEO, Social Media and Paid Ads. Strong experience with inbound campaigns 
  • Good knowledge of basic inbound marketing stack: GA4, Tag Manager, Google Search Console. Knowledge of CMS, SEMRush or similar, Content SaaS/Ops platforms will be a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation, and AI-powered content tools is a plus.
  • Good balance of Creative and Analytical mindset with ability to measure and improve content performance and ROI.
  • Experience with Event Management and working with related materials.
  • Excellent written English (Upper-Intermediate+).


    Responsibilities:

  • Execute content and inbound marketing, contributing to tactical and strategic planning of content and inbound programs
  • Produce high-quality B2B content assets with high technical depth, including smart repacking, distribution and channel rollout — case studies, articles, whitepapers, landing pages, creatives, and email nurtures.
  • Constantly improve content of our key marketing assets: website, landing pages, social pages. Run A/B tests, CRO experiments
  • Coordinate the organic growth of our website by executing content-driven SEO/AEO strategy, ensure consistent Social Media presence, run social experiments
  • Run delegated inbound campaigns to generate MQLs/SALs and support sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with creative teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and outbound teams to align messaging and goals.
