Content Marketing Manager (B2B, Inbound)

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager passionate about technology and digital transformation. The role focuses on B2B content creation, inbound marketing, and demand generation.


Key Requirements:
Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B Content/Inbound Marketing (Tech/IT/Digital);
  • Experience of working with cross-functional teams (writers, designers, analysts, developers);
  • Strong B2B content marketing skills and understanding of long B2B sales funnels;
  • Ability to create technically deep content and explain complex topics clearly (weith the help of freelance copywriters);
  • Experience with Event Marketing (conferences, webinars) and understanding of the event lifecycle;
  • Knowledge of inbound channels: SEO, Social Media; basic tools (GA4, Search Console, LinkedIn Analytics, CMS, SEO platforms);
  • Creative and analytical mindset with focus on performance and ROI
  • Excellent written English (Upper-Intermediate+).

     

Responsibilities

  • Execute and contribute to content and inbound marketing strategy;
  • Create with the help of freelancers and distribute high-quality B2B content (articles, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, emails);
  • Improve website and landing page performance through CRO and A/B testing;
  • Drive organic website growth via SEO and consistent social media presence;
  • Support demand generation and sales pipeline (MQLs / SALs);
  • Coordinate with creative teams, vendors, sales, and outbound teams.
