Halon Partners is a fast-growing international iGaming company. We launch large-scale online casino projects across global markets and actively invest in the growth of both our brands and teams.

As we scale, we’re looking for a Product Owner to take full ownership of one of our core casino brands focused on the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

 

About the Role

This is a strategic and hands-on position for a leader ready to act as both Product Owner and Growth driver.

You will manage the full product lifecycle, oversee brand performance, and directly impact marketing, operations, retention, and overall business results.

You'll work closely with the founders and central teams, with full ownership and freedom to execute.

 

Your Responsibilities

πŸ”Ή Product & Business Ownership

β€’ Own P&L, product performance, KPI delivery, and daily operations.

β€’ Optimize conversion funnels, UX flows, bonus mechanics, and player journeys.

β€’ Lead acquisition, activation, promotion strategy, and collaborate on VIP operations.

β€’ Manage initiatives and integrations with third-party tools.

β€’ Report directly to founders on business performance and growth progress.

πŸ”Ή Retention & CRM Management

β€’ Build, lead, and develop the Retention team.

β€’ Design and optimize CRM and retention campaigns to increase player engagement and lifecycle value.

β€’ Create personalized automated communication flows based on behavioral data (Customer.io or similar).

β€’ Launch tiered promo campaigns driving repeat deposits and player activity.

β€’ Analyze campaign KPIs, build reports, and deliver strategic recommendations.

β€’ Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and VIP teams to align retention goals.

β€’ Collect and process user feedback to enhance player experience.

 

Who You Are

βœ” 3+ years in iGaming in roles such as Product Owner, Brand Manager, Country Manager, or Growth Lead.

βœ” Experience with Curacao-licensed operators or similar regulatory frameworks.

βœ” Strong mindset of business ownership and user-centric product thinking.

βœ” Deep knowledge of online casino products, player psychology, acquisition & retention funnels.

βœ” Practical experience with CRM / Retention marketing (3+ years), including automation tools like Customer.io, Braze, Optimove.

βœ” Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and cross-functional coordination skills.

βœ” Proactive, independent, result-driven.

 

Bonus Points

β€’ Experience in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

β€’ Hands-on experience in VIP, Creative, CRM, Product & Growth roles.

β€’ Knowledge of A/B testing, segmentation, LTV optimization.
