About the role

We are looking for an Event Manager to support and coordinate B2B events across Europe.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an international environment, communicating with vendors and partners, managing multiple stakeholders, and keeping events well-structured, on time, and on budget.

You will work closely with vendors, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events — from planning to reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate international B2B events across Europe, including alignment with vendors and internal teams on:
  • topics and agendas
  • speakers
  • timelines and budgets
• Manage communication with external partners and contractors, including:
  • sponsorship packages
  • contracts and documentation
  • payment control
• Coordinate joint marketing activities with vendors, including press releases and partner communications
• Prepare post-event reports and performance summaries
• Act as a central point of coordination, ensuring clear communication between all parties involved

Requirements

• Proven experience in event management or partner marketing
  (B2B and/or IT industry experience is a strong advantage)
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher, confident for daily communication with international vendors and partners
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously
• Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable approach to work
