Senior-Lead Frontend Developer / Pixi.js $$$$ Offline

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Frontend Developer to take ownership of our game client technology and drive the technical excellence of our slot portfolio. You’ll lead a team of skilled developers, shape our frontend architecture, and ensure every release delivers top-tier visual performance, stability, and player experience.

🧩 What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers — providing technical direction, feedback, and support;
• Define and maintain the frontend architecture and development standards across all game projects;
• Collaborate with Producers, Artists, and Backend Engineers to ensure seamless integration and optimized performance;
• Oversee code quality and reviews to keep our codebases scalable, maintainable, and reusable;
• Improve our core framework, build tools, and asset pipelines;
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new features, UI components, and in-game effects;
• Support onboarding and growth of developers through documentation, knowledge-sharing, and mentorship;
• Stay up to date with modern frontend technologies and trends in the iGaming ecosystem.

🧠 What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in frontend game development, including 2+ years in a lead or senior role;
• Strong expertise with Pixi.js and modern JavaScript / TypeScript;
• Solid understanding of OOP, asynchronous programming, and rendering performance optimization;
• Hands-on experience shipping HTML5 slot or casino games from concept to production;
• Familiarity with Spine animations and asset management pipelines;
• Experience building or improving internal tools or frameworks for dev teams;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to align teams, set priorities, and drive delivery;
• Fluency in English.

• Experience with build automation, CI/CD pipelines, or process optimization tools;
• Knowledge of performance profiling and debugging across platforms (desktop, mobile, WebGL);
• Familiarity with iGaming specifics: RNG logic, platform workflow, integrations.
