About the role
As a Middle HubSpot Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our CRM and Marketing Hub running efficiently by maintaining clean data, optimizing workflows, and supporting daily operations across marketing, sales, and operations teams. You’ll help streamline processes, improve campaign execution, and ensure our HubSpot ecosystem stays organized, accurate, and scalable. This new role offers the chance to influence how we manage lifecycle engagement, enhance internal collaboration, and continuously refine a platform that drives meaningful business outcomes.
What you will do
- Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM structure, workflows, properties, and lists;
- Ensure clean, accurate data through regular audits, deduplication, and database organization;
- Create and update forms, landing pages, CTAs, and basic email campaigns (newsletters, segmented emails);
- Support outreach operations through sequences, templates, and management of connected tools;
Assist with planning, tracking, and reporting for marketing campaigns, including basic dashboards.
Must haves
- 1+ years of hands-on experience working closely with HubSpot CRM;
- Strong understanding of CRM organization, workflows, properties, and data structure;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage multiple requests and communicate clearly across teams;
- Proactive, process-oriented, and comfortable improving existing systems;
Upper-intermediate English level.
Nice to haves
- Experience executing or supporting marketing campaigns end-to-end;
- Basic HTML/CSS for small template or email adjustments;
- Familiarity with marketing lifecycle or lead management;
- Experience with design tools (Canva, Figma, etc) for newsletters/forms.
