Automation Specialist

We’re looking for an Automation Specialist with experience in AI tools and workflow optimization to join our growing team. You’ll help us automate and scale both internal and client-side processes. This is a long-term opportunity for smart, ambitious professionals eager to grow their skills and take ownership of impactful automation systems.
 

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement end-to-end automations from scratch for new clients and projects
• Optimize and maintain existing workflows to improve efficiency and reliability
• Use platforms such as Make, Zapier, N8N, HubSpot, or others to create robust, scalable systems
• Research and experiment with AI tools and automation trends to enhance project outcomes
• Support and improve client solutions in ongoing long-term engagements

• Optionally contribute to more technical projects and custom-coded automation or AI solutions

   

What You Need:

• At least 1 year of commercial experience in marketing or business process automation
• Proven track record with at least 2–3 automation projects in your portfolio
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as:
  • Make, Zapier, N8N
  • HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar CRMs
• Basic programming skills(Python, JS, etc)
• Deep understanding of API interactions
• Experience with AI development tools(Lovable, Cursor)
• Strong understanding of marketing and sales workflows
• Experience working cross-functionally in distributed teams
