AI Automation Specialist to $2500

We’re looking for an Automation Engineer with experience in AI tools and workflow optimization to join our growing team. You’ll help us automate and scale both internal and client-side processes. This is a long-term opportunity for smart, ambitious professionals eager to grow their skills and take ownership of impactful automation systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement end-to-end automations from scratch for new clients and projects
• Optimize and maintain existing workflows to improve efficiency and reliability
• Use platforms such as Make or N8N along with CRM’s and LeadGen tools to create robust, scalable systems
• Research and experiment with AI tools and automation trends to enhance project outcomes
• Support and improve client solutions in ongoing long-term engagements
• Optionally contribute to more technical projects and custom-coded automation or AI solutions

What You Need:

• At least 1 year of commercial experience in automation
• Proven track record with at least 3 automation projects in your portfolio
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Make and/or N8N
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, GHL, ActiveCampaign, or similar CRMs
• Hands-on experience building Sales/LeasGen automations
• Practical experience with databases(Supabase, Airtable, etc)
• Experience working cross-functionally in distributed teams

Would be a plus:

• Basic programming skills(Python, JS, etc)
• Experience with AI development tools(Cursor, etc)
