Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in managing IT projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering complex software solutions for our global clients.

    Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects (web, mobile, SaaS, cloud).
• Gather and clarify requirements, create project documentation, define scope.
• Plan roadmaps, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage the day-to-day work of development teams (Scrum/Kanban).
• Conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and clients.
• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure delivery quality.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to PMO best practices.
  Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT.
• Proven experience delivering mid-to-large projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong risk management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with tools: Jira, Confluence, Trello, Notion, or similar.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher (written & spoken).
