Junior/Middle SEO Specialist (SERM)

A bit about you:

• You ideally have 3+ years of experience working in a highly-competitive niche
• You have an in-depth understanding of how search engines work and ranking principles
• You know a lot of ways how to get good backlinks, can build a healthy anchor plan, and manage this process effectively.
• You know how to analyze SERPs and competitors.
• You are a confident user of Excel/Google Sheets
• You have attention to detail and can multitask..
• You are comfortable working when multiple people work on the same project (website) and is comfortable if you have a lot of communication thought the day
• Your English is upper-intermediate

If you have any of these skills, that would be awesome:

• Experience with SERM tasks.
• You know Python, can write a basic script for SEO needs, use API (without Screaming Frog)
• You know one of these languages: German (preferred), French, Spanish, or Dutch

Responsibilities:

• Perform keyword research, clustering, and search intent analysis.
• Management of the link-building process
• Creating briefs for our content team. Help create content plans and optimize existing pages.
• Work on improving visibility in SERPs, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing existing pages.
• Understanding of AI search experiences and optimising content for LLM-powered search experiences (AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Satellite site management. New project launches.
