HR Generalist

We are looking for HR Generalist to join our team. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for selected roles (sourcing, screening, interview coordination).
  • Oversee onboarding & offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
  • Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and internal HRIS data.
  • Support performance review cycles, feedback processes, and employee surveys.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations: contracts, extensions, probation periods, compliance.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention signals.
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and internal policies.
  • Assist with organizing internal events, team activities, and communication initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards (headcount, attrition, hiring pipeline, etc).
  • Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related questions.


Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations.
  • Understanding of HR processes and employment lifecycle.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, structure, and high attention to detail..
  • Experience with HR tools (HRIS, ATS, spreadsheets, analytics).
  • Problem-solving mindset, ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
  • English โ€” upper-intermediate or higher.
