HR Generalist
We are looking for HR Generalist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for selected roles (sourcing, screening, interview coordination).
- Oversee onboarding & offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and internal HRIS data.
- Support performance review cycles, feedback processes, and employee surveys.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations: contracts, extensions, probation periods, compliance.
- Monitor employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention signals.
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and internal policies.
- Assist with organizing internal events, team activities, and communication initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards (headcount, attrition, hiring pipeline, etc).
- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related questions.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations.
- Understanding of HR processes and employment lifecycle.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, structure, and high attention to detail..
- Experience with HR tools (HRIS, ATS, spreadsheets, analytics).
- Problem-solving mindset, ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
- English โ upper-intermediate or higher.
