We are growing and expanding our team β€” and now looking for an IT Recruiter who will help us attract top-tier talent and build a strong pool of engineers for upcoming products.

 

 

What You Will Do

 

Full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, including:
 

  • Analyzing vacancy requirements together with founders / CTO
  • Preparing and publishing job descriptions (Djinni, LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards)
  • Active sourcing across LinkedIn, Djinni, GitHub, Telegram
  • Screening candidates and conducting initial interviews
  • Building a long-term talent pool (engineers, PMs, QA, designers, DevOps, mobile developers)
  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and internal team
  • Maintaining clear and timely communication with all candidates
  • Keeping structured reports for every open position
  • Recommending improvements for hiring processes and talent pipelines

  • Backend / Frontend / Mobile engineers
  • DevOps / Cloud engineers
  • Blockchain & Web3 developers
  • Project / Delivery managers
  • UI/UX designers
  • Manual & Automation QA
  • Fintech engineers (core banking, payments, crypto, compliance)

 

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • 2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter in outsource/outstaff/product environments
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, GitHub, Djinni, Telegram)
  • Understanding of modern tech stacks (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, Swift/Kotlin, DevOps, Web3, etc.)
  • Good understanding of how development teams operate
  • Experience hiring middle–senior level specialists
  • English β€” Upper-Intermediate (B2)
  • Ukrainian β€” a strong plus
  • Highly organized, autonomous and result-driven
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership

We offer a flexible payment model, including:

 

  • fixed compensation (negotiable)
  • success fee for each closed vacancy

 

Success fee depends on role complexity and seniority level.
