PwC is seeking a Junior Fabric Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Global Technology team. The Junior Fabric SME will play a key role in supporting the adoption, enablement, and delivery of Microsoft Fabric solutions across the organization. This role balances technical expertise with training, enablement, and knowledge-sharing responsibilities. The successful candidate will support the development of reusable resources, assist with technical implementations, and enable teams to maximize value from Fabric capabilities.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Training & Enablement: Deliver demos, training sessions, and guides; maintain onboarding materials and FAQs.
  • Content Development: Create reusable demo environments, documentation, and engaging learning assets.
  • Community Management: Manage SharePoint/Teams sites, moderate discussions, and publish updates.
  • Collaboration & Feedback: Align training with business needs, gather feedback, track adoption metrics, and support proposals.
  • Technical Support: Assist with Fabric solution design, troubleshooting, and optimization under senior SME guidance; stay current with Fabric updates.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • 2+ years with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of data integration, modeling, and analytics workflows.
  • Experience creating training content (videos, guides, documentation).
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable in large-scale enterprise/cloud environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Desirable: Experience in professional services, instructional design, BI/data engineering platforms, tracking adoption metrics, and relevant Microsoft certifications.
