Frontend React/Next.js Developer (HOT)

We’re looking for a Frontend React/Next.js Developer with 3-5 years of commercial experience to join our team. You’ll work on developing a modern EHR/EMR web application, healthcare, legacy + new modules/components. Familiarity with AI development tools like Cursor AI, Claude, or similar is required.

You must be confident in what you're doing and ready to challenge. Previous experience in Healthcare app development is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React;
• Translate design and wireframes into high-quality code and create visually appealing web applications that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation;
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers;
• Work closely with back-end developers to understand and properly use the APIs;
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and encourage a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement;

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

• Next.js (current version);
• TypeScript;
• React ecosystem (hooks, context, state management);
• Styling systems (Tailwind, CSS modules);
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3;
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles;
• Comfortable using Git for version control;
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks;

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to tackle challenges with innovative solutions;
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders;
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering clear and precise code that is well-documented;

Terms of Cooperation:

• Location: Ukraine (remote);
• Schedule: Flexible, starting between 8:00–11:00, with an 8-hour workday;
• Paid trial period: 1–2 months;
• Compensation: It depends on experience and skills. We are young and open to discussing adequate ranges only;
