DevOps Engineer to $3200

About Procimo

Procimo builds industrial real-time location systems (RTLS), and machine data integrations across Europe.
 

You will work closely with our engineering teams to set up infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, deployments, and help us scale multiple products.

This role is high-impact — you will shape our DevOps foundation across 3 product lines.

 

What You Will Do

• Own CI/CD pipelines across multiple services (GitHub Actions or GitLab CI).
• Maintain infrastructure in cloud environments (AWS preferred, GCP/Azure OK).
• Set up monitoring, alerting, logging, dashboards.
• Improve deployment processes for backend, mobile, and IoT/RTLS services.
• Manage containers (Docker) and orchestrators (Kubernetes or similar).
• Automate environments, releases, migrations, and repeatable processes.
• Work with Tech Leads and backend teams to optimize performance & reliability.
• Contribute to infra cost optimization and long-term architecture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure experience
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS ideal)
• Solid CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or similar)
• Docker + container orchestration (Kubernetes highly preferred)
• Strong experience with Linux servers
• Monitoring/observability (Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, ELK, etc.)
• Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or Ansible)
• Experience supporting distributed engineering teams
• Good English (daily collaboration required)

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices
• Experience supporting IoT, data pipelines, or real-time systems
• Cloud networking knowledge
• Experience building scalable infra
• Familiarity with security best practices
• Experience deploying ML/AI pipelines (bonus)
