Procimo Tech is looking for a Junior Support Engineer to join our new Product Support team.

This is a technical support role rather than general customer service. You will act as the first technical point of contact for clients using Procimo’s core products.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include receiving and managing support tickets, investigating technical issues and identifying whether they are related to software, hardware, connectivity or configuration.

When an issue cannot be resolved directly by the Support team, you will be responsible for escalating it to the appropriate internal team — such as Development, Hardware or Project Management — providing a clear and well-documented technical analysis.

Most client communication will take place through tickets and email, although occasional phone or video calls may also be required.

As this is a new team, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of support processes, documentation, FAQs and troubleshooting guidelines.

This is an entry-level position, so previous experience with Procimo’s products or industrial systems is not required. We are looking for someone who is curious, motivated to learn and interested in developing strong technical knowledge.

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Fullstack Software Engineer to help build and improve our products. You’ll work with a team to deliver reliable, scalable features, solve technical challenges, and contribute to a great user experience.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain features across our applications.
• Collaborate with engineers throughout design, development, testing, and release.
• Write clean, secure, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews.
• Help improve product usability and resolve technical issues.
• Build and test prototypes, then turn successful ideas into production features.

• Take part in planning and estimation, and help the team deliver work predictably.

   

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience developing web applications.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production software.
• Proficiency in at least one back-end technology, such as Node.js, Python, Rust, or .NET.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
• Familiarity with version control and modern development workflows.
• A practical approach to solving problems and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with React or Angular.
• Experience with CI/CD and Agile ways of working.
• Experience using AI tools to support software development, such as coding assistants, while reviewing and validating their output.

You’ll have room to take ownership of your work, learn from experienced engineers, and make a meaningful contribution to the product as it grows.
