⭐ Hiring: Junior Sourcing Specialist/Junior Recruiter ⭐

📍 Location: Ukraine (Remote)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sourcing Specialist to support recruitment and sourcing processes for top tech companies in Israel. Hebrew not required.

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify top-tier tech talent across Israel
• Conduct first reach-outs and engage passive candidates
• Screen profiles and manage talent pipelines in LinkedIn Recruiter
• Work daily with LinkedIn Recruiter (projects, talent pools, search strategies)
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to refine requirements and improve targeting

✨ Requirements:

– 1–2 years of experience in sourcing or tech recruitment
– Strong, hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (must)
– Excellent communication & research skills
– High attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive mindset
