Now we are looking for a VIP Support Manager (Night-shift).

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring player activity via alerts and back-office; 
  • Onboarding found VIP players; 
  • Managing inbound VIP communication channels; 
  • Managing the daily activity report file; 
  • Providing VIP players with support regarding their questions and requests.
     

Requirements:

  • English level - B2+; 
  • iGaming VIP support management experience - 1y+;
  • Knowledge of game rules, bonuses, and responsible gaming features; 
  • Empathy and understanding of client’s needs; 
  • Communication and teamwork skills;
     

We are looking for a highly responsible, empathetic person who will be able not only to find and onboard new VIP players, but take a special place in their minds to be able to build a strong and thriving community of players. Someone who, while offering quick and quality solutions, will also understand how engaging communication is key to sustain and grow the VIP playerbase.
