Lead Generation Specialist

We continue to expand our global reach and services, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join us as the Lead Generation Specialist.
Main requirements:
- 2+ years of outbound sales / lead generation experience in IT/Tech Services company.
- Successful experience with email and LinkedIn outbound outreach.
- Proven experience with tools like Clay, Apollo (or Sales Navigator), Reply.io (or similar email automation tools), and MeetAlfred (or similar LinkedIn automation tools).
- Proficient in English (C1 level or above).
- Advanced user of ChatGPT for outreach personalization.
- Strong knowledge of current trends in email and LinkedIn outreach strategies.
- Data-driven and skilled in A/B testing outreach campaigns.
- Can-do attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
- Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and researching prospects based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and intent triggers.
- Enriching and validating prospect data for effective targeting.
- Writing engaging sequences and setting up email and LinkedIn campaigns.
- A/B testing approaches to optimize results.
- Actively seeking new opportunities and audiences for outreach.
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate CRM records.
- Monitoring industry best practices and implementing them in daily operations.
- Reporting on campaign results with thorough analysis and recommendations for further improvements
