Recruiter/Sourcer to $1100
We are looking for a proactive junior Talent Acquisition Specialist who is eager to learn, grow and take ownership. Someone with genuine enthusiasm for recruitment in the iGaming industry, ready to dive into multiple roles (gambling, betting, tech) and support onboarding processes. A motivated early-career professional who aspires to do more than fulfil assigned tasks β someone committed to developing together with the team and the product.
Your responsibilty:
- Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
- Implement and manage effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates; including, but not limited to job sites, online recruiting, social media, etc.
- Partner with management to understand talent needs, devise sourcing strategies and build pool of viable candidates
- Manage recruitment for multiple positions simultaneously
- Assist in the onboarding process of new hires
Our criteria:
- Possess strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Absolute team player - we can only achieve our high ambitions by working together
- Previous experience in recruitment and igaming industry is an advantage
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Strong level of Ukrainian and English languages
