Technical CRM/Integrations Specialist (Keap/Zapier)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Technical Specialist with strong experience in Keap (Infusionsoft), API integrations, and marketing/sales automation. You’ll manage campaigns, data flows, integrations, and core technical infrastructure that supports our funnels and operations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Keap: campaigns, goals, sequences, pipelines.
  • Product & subscription setup, billing automation, opportunity management.
  • API integrations, working with API docs, troubleshooting data flow.
  • Zapier: multi-step workflows, filters, formatters.
  • Basic scripting (Python or JS) for simple connectors.
  • DNS management (A/CNAME/MX/TXT), SPF/DKIM, subdomains.
  • Zoom meeting/webinar setup and automation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize automation campaigns in Keap.
  • Configure products, subscriptions, pipelines, billing logic.
  • Implement integrations via API, Zapier, or custom scripts.
  • Manage DNS and technical setup for domains and email authentication.
  • Integrate Zoom with automated registration and follow-ups.
  • Investigate and resolve CRM or workflow issues.
  • Contribute ideas to improve automation processes.
