We’re seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join the team and help deliver the project to our US customer.

 

Our Customer provides services in the global MRO supply chain management, serving business entities in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Singapore. The project is founded on the infrastructure that ensures the client’s success. It is based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, a customer management software package.

 

Team: PM, 2 QA, 1 DevOps, 12 Developers, Architect.

Technologies: Azure services, Dynamics 365 CRM, Docker, Web, Mobile.

 

Required Skills & Experience

β€” 5+ years in DevOps roles, including 3+ years with Azure in production;

β€” Strong experience with Azure infrastructure and services;

β€” Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code: Bicep, Terraform, (Ansible as a plus);

β€” Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines: Azure DevOps, YAML workflows;

β€” Solid knowledge of Docker and containerization (AKS as a plus);

β€” Scripting with Bash or PowerShell (Python as a plus);

β€” Good understanding of security, networking, and autoscaling practices;

β€” Experience working with Azure Functions (serverless);

β€” Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Service Bus, Event Grid);

β€” Experience with high-throughput queues (SMS/email/notifications) β€” a plus or willing to learn;

β€” Understanding of Elastic Stack β€” a plus or willing to learn;

β€” Knowledge of Redis administration via Bicep β€” a plus or prepared to learn;

β€” Familiarity with MS SQL and NoSQL administration in cloud environments β€” a plus or prepared to learn;

β€” Excellent communication skills and a strong automation-first mindset.

 

Key Responsibilities

β€” Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure using Bicep and PowerShell;

β€” Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for .NET applications.

β€” Automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling, deployments, and data synchronization;

β€” Manage containers via Docker, Azure Container Apps, including auto-scaling and blue/green deployments;

β€” Configure load balancing and routing with Azure Front Door, Application Gateway, and Load Balancer;

β€” Operate event-driven and serverless components β€” Azure Functions, Durable Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid;

β€” Support and integrate data pipelines between MS SQL, Elastic Stack, Cosmos DB, and Redis;

β€” Develop and optimize high-throughput notification services (push, email, SMS) with reliable delivery and rate limiting;

β€” Administer Windows Server, IIS, and ISAPI filters for Dynamics 365 CRM;

β€” Write automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) to handle large-scale data and operational workflows;

β€” Monitor performance and reliability through Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Elastic.
