Product Owner (Gambling Platform) – Early-Stage Project

We are looking for a Product Owner to drive the development of our gambling platform and ensure smooth delivery of new features, game integrations, and core product improvements.
The platform is currently at an early-stage phase, so you will play a key role in shaping the product foundation: structuring initial requirements, defining the launch strategy, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
 

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Owner / Product Manager in gambling, fintech, gaming, or similar digital products.
• Strong understanding of platform logic: wallets, bonuses, game flows, segmentation, RTP/volatility basics.
• Ability to create clear product requirements and manage product priorities.
• Comfortable working with APIs, provider integrations, and communicating with technical teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills for working directly with the client and stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in an early-stage product environment: shaping product foundations, defining launch strategy, and guiding initial architectural direction (together with the technical team).
   

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog and prioritize features based on business needs and user value.
• Shape the product vision and strategy in close collaboration with the client.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of platform features: games, bonuses, wallet flows, reporting, user management, etc.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and predictable releases (development, QA, design, analysis, operations).
• Oversee integrations with third-party game providers and payment solutions.
• Use analytics to improve user experience, retention, and overall platform performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and responsible gambling requirements.
   

Nice-to-Have

• Experience launching a platform or major module from scratch.
• Familiarity with provider certification and regulated markets.
• Understanding of promo/jackpot engines and real-time event handling.
