We are looking for a Coach / Support Training Specialist — a passionate professional who will drive the growth of our Support Team through structured onboarding, skill development, and performance improvement initiatives.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding sessions and ongoing training for Support Managers.
• Develop and implement internal training programs focused on communication, service quality, and player satisfaction.
• Identify learning needs and create tailored solutions to improve team efficiency.
• Design learning materials, tests, and performance checklists.
• Collaborate with QA and Team Leads to enhance support quality and consistency.

• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and its impact on KPIs.

   

🧩 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Support within the iGaming industry — a must.
• Proven experience as a trainer, mentor, or senior shift lead.
• Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Russian and Turkish; knowledge of Azerbaijani is a strong plus.
• English — at least Intermediate level (for internal communication and documentation).

• Proactive mindset and ability to inspire others to grow.
