Talent Acquisition Specialist (Business)

Ixilix is a technology-driven company that builds high-quality solutions and long-term partnerships in the GameTech and digital innovation space.
We are expanding our commercial team and are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Business) who will help us attract top sales and business development professionals for international markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business goals, target markets, and sales team requirements.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-performing candidates in sales, business development, and account management for the IT and GameTech industries.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through professional networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry-specific channels.
  • Write clear, engaging, and persuasive outreach messages and job descriptions tailored to commercial roles.
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate communication skills, sales mindset, motivation, and cultural fit.
  • Manage and maintain the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Maintain constant communication with candidates throughout the process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Provide regular updates and analytics on hiring progress to management and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to strengthening the company’s employer brand in the global commercial talent market.


Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on Sales, Business Development, or Commercial roles in IGaming or GameDev industries.
  • Proven track record of successful hires in international B2B / IT product sales.
  • Excellent understanding of sales profiles, funnels, KPIs, and motivation drivers of commercial specialists.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and international job boards.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English (B2+) both written and spoken; ability to conduct interviews and write job materials in English.
  • Fluent Ukrainian (C1+)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and data-driven approach.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for multilingual teams across EMEA or global markets.
  • Knowledge of modern ATS tools (PeopleForce or similar).
  • Understanding of international recruitment trends and compliance ( remote contracts, B2B).
  • Interest in sales psychology and talent engagement strategies.

Work conditions:

  • Remote work from EU
  • Flexible 8-hour workday, typically between 9:00 - 18:00 CET
  • Five working days, Monday to Friday
  • Public holidays observed according to Ukrainian legislation
  • Business trips to Bratislava every 3-6 months (company provides compensation of expenses)
