Talent Acquisition Specialist
Ixilix is a technology-driven company that builds high-quality solutions and long-term partnerships in the GameTech and digital innovation space.
We are expanding our commercial team and are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help us attract top sales and business development professionals for international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle, end-to-end recruitment for the company’s key roles, including IT management, C-level leadership positions, other critical vacancies, and commercial or Sales Outsource roles when required.
- Conduct all stages of interviews, assessing leadership competencies, communication skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand company goals, organizational structure, and hiring needs across multiple business areas.
- Proactively identify and engage high-caliber candidates through targeted sourcing, headhunting, professional networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry-specific channels.
- Craft clear, accurate, and engaging outreach messages and job descriptions tailored to leadership and specialized roles.
- Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout every stage of the recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and representing the company’s brand.
- Provide regular hiring updates, insights, and data-driven analytics to management and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to strengthening the employer brand and building long-term relationships with top talent across international markets.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, including hiring for senior, managerial, and executive-level roles in IT, GameTech, or other technology-driven industries.
- Proven track record of closing strategic, high-impact positions across international markets (technical, operational, and commercial).
- Strong understanding of leadership profiles, business KPIs, performance drivers, and motivation factors.
- Advanced sourcing and headhunting skills; confident use of LinkedIn Recruiter and global talent platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
- Fluent English (B2+), with the ability to conduct interviews and prepare job-related materials for an international audience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to managing recruitment processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience hiring for multilingual or globally distributed teams (EMEA or worldwide).
- Familiarity with modern ATS systems (PeopleForce or similar).
- Understanding of international recruitment models and compliance (remote contracts, B2B, global hiring specifics).
- Interest in leadership assessment, talent engagement strategies, and modern recruitment psychology.

Work conditions:
- Remote work from EU
- Flexible 8-hour workday, typically between 9:00 - 18:00 CET
- Five working days, Monday to Friday

- Business trips to Bratislava every 3-6 months (company provides compensation of expenses)
