Chief Executive Officer (SEO) / Head of Growth
We are looking for a visionary and execution-driven Chief Executive Officer (SEO) who can lead our product, development, design, and marketing teams toward an ambitious goal โ capturing maximum market share and using the product as a powerful user acquisition engine.
Our ideal leader has strong poker domain expertise, proven success in building and scaling product teams, and hands-on experience creating and managing education-focused apps (EdTech).
What You Will Lead
You will oversee and empower four key teams:
- Product Development
- Engineering / Tech Teams
- Design / UIโUX
- Marketing & Growth
Your mission will be to deliver a high-performance product ecosystem that rapidly scales, retains users, and expands our footprint across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution across all product and growth initiatives.
- Lead and manage full-cycle product development, from ideation to launch and continuous iteration.
- Build, scale, and mentor multidisciplinary teams (dev, design, product, marketing).
- Develop a strong go-to-market strategy and ensure aggressive user acquisition through a product-led approach.
- Oversee market analysis, competitor research, and positioning to accelerate market capture.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes across the organization.
- Establish operational excellence, KPIs, and performance metrics aligned with company growth goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and investors to ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Apply deep poker industry knowledge to shape product mechanics, user experience, and monetization.
Lead the creation and expansion of education applications, including content strategy, user experience, and retention.
Requirements
- 6โ10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles (CEO, Head of Product, Head of Growth, or similar).
- Proven success in scaling digital products and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong expertise in the poker industry, gaming, or adjacent markets.
- Solid background in product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
- Experience building and launching EdTech or educational apps.
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels, user acquisition strategies, and retention frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, zero-to-one and scale-up environments.
Analytical mindset with strong business acumen.
