Payments and Bonuses Product Manager

A product company based in Israel and Dnipro has an open position of Payments and Bonuses Product Manager.

Key required skills:

• 3+ years experience in product development as a product manager or product owner, with hands-on experience in payments, billing processes, and bonus/promotion mechanics;
• Understanding of end-to-end payment and bonus flows across different solutions;
• Experience going through a full product development lifecycle: integrating customer needs into product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria), driving prioritization, and pre/post-release execution;
• Knowledge of payment processing technologies, methods, providers, gateways, and bonus/coupon systems;
• Ability to define and track key performance indicators for the payment and bonus funnels, and to set up constant monitoring of these product indicators;
• Growth mindset: willingness to own problems, passion for building products, and a strong desire to continuously improve the payments and bonuses experience.

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities and potential for growing and improving the payment and bonus funnels;
• Take the lead on researching, assessing, and coordinating new payment/bonus products, as well as managing the development and improvement of existing payment and bonus features and services;
• Develop relationships with PSPs, gateways, bonus platforms and other partners within the payment ecosystem;
• Collaborate with payment providers, partners and internal stakeholders to continuously simplify and optimize payment and bonus solutions and their flows;
• Work on improving payment flows, methods, bonuses integrations, and overall cashier/bonus activity;
• Act as a Product Manager in the Payments & Bonuses team;
• Work closely with the analytics team to develop and maintain a robust reporting system for payments and bonuses.
