Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and autonomous Marketing Specialist to become the core engine behind the promotion and scaling of several exciting technology projects. This role demands a hands-on marketer who can seamlessly transition between B2B services, SaaS products, and niche tech events.

You will manage the full growth cycle and will be directly responsible for the measurable success of our portfolio.


The Ventures You Will Drive:

You will own the marketing strategy and execution for a diverse set of projects (e.g., B2B IT Solutions, SaaS Initiatives, and Community Events), ensuring targeted growth for each.

 

What You’ll Be Doing: (The Impact)

We need a specialist focused on achieving maximum business results and profitability. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Multiproject Mastery: Simultaneously developing and executing effective growth strategies for 3+ distinct projects.
  • Full-Funnel Campaign Ownership: Setting up, managing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
  • Platform Expertise: Expert-level, hands-on control over: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Content That Converts: Producing high-quality, persuasive copywriting (in Advanced English) for all ad creatives, landing pages, and email sequences.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Rigorous monitoring of key performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROI) and using analytics to refine performance continuously.
  • Email Marketing: Managing contact bases, segmentation, and building automated email campaigns for lead nurturing.

 

We Are Looking For: (The Must-Haves)

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a Performance Marketing role (IT/B2B background is a strong plus).
  • English: Advanced/Proficiency Level (written and verbal communication).
  • Digital Platforms: Proven experience independently setting up and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Copywriting: Ability to create clear, persuasive, and high-converting marketing content.
  • Analytical Skillset: Strong command of analytical tools and the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
  • Organization: High level of self-management, accountability, and comfort with autonomous work.

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a Product Marketing role (SaaS/Tech).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
