Head of Business Development

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Business Development to lead and scale Newsoft’s business development and sales efforts across both online and offline channels.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in the sales process. You’ll build scalable processes, grow the team, and drive consistent growth through inbound, outbound, and partnership channels.
 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in business development or sales within service-based IT companies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with B2B sales processes and closing deals independently.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing sales strategies across different markets.
  • Experience in building and optimizing sales processes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to maintain and develop long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and excellent presentation abilities.
  • Advanced English (both written and spoken).
     

Nice to have:

  • Experience in client search and communication within the USA and UK markets.
  • Experience in wellness/healthcare/longevity, or AI industries.
  • Experience attending international conferences, industry events, and in-person client meetings.
     

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns, including active outreach via LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Drive the full B2B sales cycle, from first contact to contract signing, ensuring a consultative and value-driven approach.
  • Develop and execute campaigns across the USA and UK, driving growth and opening new business opportunities.
  • Create and manage industry-focused initiatives in e-commerce/wellness/healthcare/longevity, and AI, exploring new directions for business expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong communication with potential clients, ensuring consistent engagement and long-term relationship development.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inbound, outbound, and partnership channels.
  • Research, identify, and connect with prospective leads ahead of major industry events and conferences in target regions.
  • Represent Newsoft at international events, conferences, and networking opportunities, strengthening the company’s visibility and brand reputation.
