Position Overview

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who thrives on crafting elegant, intuitive digital experiences. In this role, you’ll translate complex product requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that enhance usability and user satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in building and evolving our design system, ensuring consistency across products, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life. What You Will Do

  • Develop intuitive user flows and wireframes for complex products to ensure clear and user-friendly navigation.
  • Build interactive prototypes using Figma (or other design tools) to effectively communicate ideas and facilitate usability testing.
  • Support, maintain, and evolve the company’s design system and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and other teams to ensure high-quality and coherent design implementation.
  • Contribute to shaping and scaling the brand’s visual identity as the company grows.

     

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong foundation in product design and user experience principles, with a keen eye for usability and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in user interface design, supported by hands-on experience and a solid visual design sensibility.
  • Comfortable with data-informed design, including identifying friction points, mapping user journeys, and structuring solutions.
  • Skilled in Figma (or similar tools), with the ability to build interactive prototypes and collaborate efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
  • A portfolio that highlights your design capabilities, thought process, and contributions to real-world projects.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do, and you care deeply about the user experience.

     

Who Should Apply

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally working on digital products or platforms.
  • Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools like Sketch or Adobe XD) for wireframing and prototyping.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Experience or familiarity with data-driven design, including interpreting analytics to inform user flows.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates real-world design solutions, your process, and collaborative work across teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).
  • A stable internet connection with at least 30 Mbps download speed is required for smooth remote collaboration.
  • No restrictions on business travel.
