UX/UI Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer with over 5 years of experience to join our growing team. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our digital products — from concept to launch. This role requires a strong blend of UX strategy, UI craft, and collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design process: from user research and ideation to prototyping and high-fidelity UI.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design solutions.
• Create intuitive, elegant, and accessible user experiences that align with business goals.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.
• Present and communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or similar roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful design work across web and/or mobile products.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Experience working in agile environments with developers and product managers.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• (Optional) Experience with motion design, illustration, or front-end prototyping tools is a plus.
