Sales Manager / Business Development Executive (B2B, IT)

Acropolium is an international software development and tech consulting company with over 22 years of experience in delivering tailor-made IT solutions for clients across the globe.
 We build enterprise-grade systems, cloud-native products, and AI-driven solutions, working with clients from Europe, the UK, and North America.

Now we’re looking for an experienced and self-driven Sales professional who knows how to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships β€” from lead generation to deal closure.

About the Role

You will take ownership of the full sales cycle β€” from identifying and engaging prospects to closing deals and representing Acropolium at international conferences and industry events.
 We’re looking for a charismatic, confident communicator who can build trust quickly, understands IT services, and thrives in a results-driven environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire B2B sales process β€” from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Identify, contact, and nurture new prospects in target markets (Europe, UK, US).
  • Represent Acropolium at international tech conferences and exhibitions (lead generation, networking, pitching).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using CRM and analytical tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Conduct negotiations and close deals with key decision-makers (C-level).

     

🧠 Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience (preferably in IT / software development / tech consulting).
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation via conferences, events, or partnerships.
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1+) β€” spoken and written.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills; confident, engaging, and articulate.
  • Charisma and professionalism - ability to represent the company at international events.
  • Location: Europe (preferred) or Ukraine (must be willing and able to travel abroad).
  • Self-driven, responsible, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

  • Experience working in IT outsourcing / outstaffing or digital agency environment.
  • Existing network of business contacts in Europe or the UK.
  • Understanding of IT service models (Time & Material, Dedicated Teams, etc.).

Remote (Europe-based preferred) with regular international business travel to events and client meetings.
