We use innovative treatments and technology to improve patient engagement, retention, and outcomes. Our commercial team is expanding to enhance performance across our wellness programs and online platforms.

 

Position Overview
The Commercial Growth Leader is responsible for driving revenue, patient growth, and retention across Valhalla Vitality’s programs and e-commerce platforms. This hands-on role focuses on using data to drive action. You will analyze prescribing trends, e-commerce metrics, and patient engagement to identify growth opportunities, improve conversion, and increase lifetime value and retention.

This role is action-oriented, with a focus on optimizing commercial performance, not just strategy or branding. We need someone with e-commerce experience who can directly influence sales and retention.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Data-Driven Growth

    • Monitor metrics like refill rates, conversion trends, and customer acquisition costs (CAC) to identify performance gaps.
    • Diagnose issues like poor communication, pricing visibility, or funnel design and take action to resolve them.
    • Present insights and implement strategies to drive growth.

     

  2. Strategy & Execution
    • Design and execute campaigns to increase product adoption and lifetime value across telehealth and e-commerce.
    • Collaborate with providers and marketing to align messaging and support ongoing care.
    • Develop scripts, follow-up workflows, and strategies to improve conversion and retention.
    • Lead A/B testing and track ROI for new strategies.
    • Oversee product launches, promotions, and digital campaigns.

       

  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work with clinical, operations, marketing, and finance teams to meet performance goals.
    • Provide regular reports, highlighting trends and corrective actions.
    • Act as the commercial link between provider behavior, patient experience, and revenue outcomes.

       

Qualifications

 

Required:

  • 5+ years in commercial strategy, e-commerce growth, or performance marketing, preferably in telehealth, healthcare, or wellness.
  • Proven experience driving online revenue growth and optimizing conversion funnels.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with commercial reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

     

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with telehealth or DTC wellness models (e.g., Ro, Hims/Hers, Everlywell).
  • Experience scaling e-commerce or performance-driven B2C operations.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Shopify, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Knowledge of patient lifecycle management and retention strategies.
  • Background in medical sales or healthcare business development is a plus.
