Operations Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager / Executive Assistant to support the CEO with administrative, operational, and project-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a strong B2 level of English for effective communication.

 

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Project Support

  • Assist with preparing and managing company documentation.
  • Communicate with clients and employees to help resolve issues.
  • Organize and manage company invoices.

HR & Recruitment

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Track employee vacations, sick leaves, and schedules.

Time Tracking & Payroll

  • Collect and finalize monthly timesheets.
  • Maintain and track weekly timesheets.

Administrative & Personal Assistance

  • Assist CEO with personal requests (e.g., car rentals, school searches, tutor appointments).
  • Review and report on all company email accounts.
  • Plan, update, and track events in Google Calendar.
  • Conduct research for the company (e.g., conferences in USA 2025).

Requirements

  • English level B2 or higher (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Proactive and willing to learn new skills and tools.
