Operations Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager / Executive Assistant to support the CEO with administrative, operational, and project-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a strong B2 level of English for effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Project Support
- Assist with preparing and managing company documentation.
- Communicate with clients and employees to help resolve issues.
- Organize and manage company invoices.
HR & Recruitment
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Track employee vacations, sick leaves, and schedules.
Time Tracking & Payroll
- Collect and finalize monthly timesheets.
- Maintain and track weekly timesheets.
Administrative & Personal Assistance
- Assist CEO with personal requests (e.g., car rentals, school searches, tutor appointments).
- Review and report on all company email accounts.
- Plan, update, and track events in Google Calendar.
- Conduct research for the company (e.g., conferences in USA 2025).
Requirements
- English level B2 or higher (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Proactive and willing to learn new skills and tools.
