Fullstack Product + Data Lead

We’re hiring Fullstack Product + Data Lead (Analytics & Dashboard) for a Swedish AI Film Production startup.

Your role:

A product-minded full-stack developer with strong data chops — someone who can define and build the analytics foundation. You’re a generalist who will own everything from data ingestion to insight visualization, combining data engineering with product design. You’ll be the founding product engineer for our “Creative Intelligence” data studio.

Requirements:

• Speaking English on B2-C1 level
• Product & Strategy: define roadmap, prioritize insights, align with creative teams
• Data Engineering: data ingestion/ETL, API integrations, schema design
• Backend Dev: Node.js, Python (for API integrations and ML jobs)
• Frontend Dev: React Router v7 (formerly Remix), TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn/ui
• Database / Warehouse: Postgres/Supabase, possibly BigQuery for scale
• Analytics / ML: clustering, embeddings, trend detection (OpenAI, scikit-learn)
• Visualization: Recharts, D3, Superset, or Metabase
• Communications: can explain insights to non-technical stakeholders

Working schedule: 9:00-17:00 European time
