QA Specialist

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Test new product features.
- Detect, document, and track bugs through to resolution.
- Collaborate closely with developers, and support team.
- Take part in preparing manuals or training calls for the support team after each new release.
- Review requirements and suggest improvements to ensure testability.
Maintain test documentation and contribute to QA process improvements.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 1+ year of experience in QA or software testing (FinTech/SaaS/Tech experience is a plus).
- Understanding of testing methodologies, bug lifecycle, and QA tools.
- Experience with test case management and issue tracking systems.
- English - Intermediate or higher.
- A proactive mindset and keen eye for detail.
