Junior Sales Manager $ Offline

About Us
We are a growing IT company building SaaS products and providing engineering services (Web, Mobile, AI, Cloud). We work with clients from the US, EU, and the Middle East. Our sales pipeline is growing, so we’re looking for a motivated Junior Sales Manager to help us scale.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads on LinkedIn, Upwork, and email outreach
• Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot / Pipedrive)
• Prepare outreach messages, follow-ups, short proposals
• Schedule intro calls and hand off qualified leads to senior team members
• Research target markets and potential clients
• Support basic sales operations and reporting

Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Strong written communication skills
• Basic understanding of IT services (web/mobile development, AI, cloud)
• Ability to work independently and follow established sales processes
• High discipline, consistency, and attention to detail
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach or Upwork is a plus
• CRM experience is a plus
